The iGB Affiliate Awards was always the highlight of the London Affiliate Conference. There was a very long night, with lots of surpirzes related to an attendance list that reads as a who’s who of the Affiliate industry. The 5 star affair has finally opened the doors to around 550 guests in the end of January, at the Grange St Paul’s Hotel.
A very recognized star was Phil ‘The Unabomber’ Laak, entertainment of elite, an amazing charity donation and surely 23 ultimate winners.Even the queen has an important role here because she greeted guests in the Buckingham Palace for champagne. Then, all the guests took a seat while looking to the famous London landmarks.
The night was spectacular and has seen lots of people who maybe did not know one another. Ladbrokes took the sweepstake in Bingo for the best program of affiliation and the best manager and so forth.
There were a lot of surprizes, winners who have taken the gold as they won the Best Overall Affiliate.
There are companies who have won 3 awards such as PokerStar and Microgaming.
The Event Manager of the iGB Awards, Marit von Stedingk, claimed that there are many congratulations to be given to the winners, especially to those who have donated for the cause of Haiti.
Eventually, there were gathered around 130,000 pounds with the help of the industry of iGaming.
