Danish Supreme Court today took the decision to confiscate the earnings it has accumulated  for a year a poker player on the online  poker .The poker players which was not disclosed the identity will have to give the state more than $ 28,000.

In Denmark it is illegal for citizens to maintain during the life of poker games or any form of gambling.Even  if they have no other income can not earn their living from gambling.

Earlier this year a man was sentenced for poker tournaments were  his job. However the law brought poker tournaments and even online poker .

Prosecutors opposed the Danish online poker adding that the country itself is not illegal gambling and will judge each case separately.
