The Chinese government reduced the restrictions were put on the citizens of Guangdong Province in connection with their travel to the island Macau.The citizens  of Guangdong Province were entitled to two trips to the island of Macau. This has happened because of fears that some residents in Guangdong could gambling addicts defense but was a conscious decision to stop the spread of illegal gaming.
